YCTV update and WS for Orbitz

- YCTV now tracks hits and visits as separate entries, by the mean of a client cookie.
- The catalog Web Service is now in place an ready for Orbitz to consume at: http://www.yctv.tv/webservice/. Orbitz token is: d4d6b6dc-2a3c-4b38-916b-6d4b47523de3. Note that this token is private to Orbitz and should not be communicated to anybody else, as it serves the purpose of identifying them. Jay can manage their markets from within the YCTV admin.
