Tuesday and Wednesday LSP upgrades

The two last releases for LSP includes the following items:

- Tracking javascripts have been factored into include files
- A profile index level wildcard for abreviated state is now available at the directory configuration level
- HCard are now supported for all profiles
- Google analytics can now be specified at the directory level
- Report view now defaults to "Main Page" and the profiles are sorted alphabetically
- Call duration is now expressed using the HH:MM:SS format (as opposed to number of seconds)
- Exported files are now named [directory name]_[date]_[ID].zip (as opposed to [ID].zip)
- 8 new index and profile templates have been created:
    - Benjamin Franklin
    - One hour heat and air
    - Mister's Parky
    - CK Local was not available!
    - Fast Frame
    - Benjamin Moore
    - Window World
    - Senior's Lifestyle
    - Porsche was already done

Tomorrow and Friday we will be working on importing the data for these (half of them should be ready by tomorrow afternoon).
